JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE The hands-on IT leader is for leading a team of approximately 3 direct reports. IT leadership includes: developing, training, goal and performance management. One primary objective is to work with direct/indirect cross functional employees as “natural work teams” or “mini-business units”. As a leader, the successful candidate will partner with other team members to execute the financial commitments of the business. Manage, direct, and implement operations strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of division’s goals. Focuses for short-term goals are systems up-time, on-time-delivery, cost of sales, quality, gross margin, and human resources throughout the VSM value chain. Focuses for long-term goals are the formulation, planning, and implementation of strategies for ongoing process improvements throughout the VSM value chain. Position will be responsible for managing the IT business process from supporting the customer order to customer dock. |

REPORTING STRUCTURE AND KEY RELATIONSHIPS The IT Lead interfaces with all levels of management, Director of Operations, Director Sales and Marketing, VP Finance, the Quality Leader and KPO office to ensure customers get the highest quality and the lowest cost and on-time-delivery. · Reports To: Group IT Director and Leslie Controls General Manager. · Key Internal Partners: All Functional Departmental Managers · Customers: Internal and External Systems Users PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
