Job Summary
Under general direction of the Training Manager, teaches product related courses for the Engineers, Customers In-house Engineers, and Partners. Helps develop new training materials, methods, and curricula for the company. Works in multi-departmental team environment to develop new training methods, such as internet and CBT’s. Works directly with our company in Tokyo, Professional Services and other company Partners to develop training on all products marketed by my client Specifically X-ray and CR systems. Minimal travel required as needed by the training schedule and responsibilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Teach product related classes in-house and at customer sites.
2) Train and develop other employee skills within Technical Support Organization.
3) Market and develop Educational Services business to external customers.
4) Customize classes for customer requirements and develop new courses per corporate\customer needs. Develop course materials and laboratory exercises for new classes and document practices in corporate quality systems.
5) Upgrade course materials to reflect product enhancement, document in corporate quality systems.
6) Design training sequences for the entire product line.
7) Interface with Graphic Arts, Engineering, Technical Support and other departments.
8) As technical training representative provides presentations, and technical expertise as needed.
9) Assist with updating training records and training documentation under the direction of the Training Supervisor.
10) Create and coordinate the development of training and instructional programs/systems following corporate QA standards.
11) Coordinate the production and delivery of contract deliverables.
12) Assist in the development of new training methods within FMSU, not limited to Technical Support, as needed.
13) Provide technical guidance and assistance to others/ departments.
14) Maintain knowledge of corporate quality system requirements that impact that position.
15) Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
(A) EDUCATION LEVEL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in related field and seven years directly related technical instructor experience or an MS/MBA and 4 years experience or equivalent combination of education and technical instructor experience.
(B) KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Demonstrated experience of outstanding teaching ability in an industrial training setting. Supervisory or task/project leader experience preferred. Previous experience with development and use of State-of-the-art in instructional technology. Excellent customer and people skills.
