Evan Thomas is a national Recruiting firm.  We are recognized as a leader in the industry and very well known in our niche.  We have many years of experience and have grown every year.  In a time where most recruiting / staffing firms were declining or stagnant, we grew almost 15% in 2010-2011.  Due to that growth and anticipated growth, we are in need of talented individuals looking for a great opportunity as Recruiters.  

No experience is required, training will be provided.  We’re looking for motivated, hungry individuals with a desire to make a good living with the potential for long term professional growth.  We prefer college grads with 0-2 years of experience.  This is a base salary plus commission position although most of your earnings will come from commissions / bonuses.  Realistic 1^st year earning potential is in the 40k+ range, but there are NO caps on commissions.  Top performers can earn much more. 

This position will be primarily focusing on our Home Care and Hospice Recruiting division.  The Home Care and Hospice industry was the fastest growing segment of the Healthcare industry as a whole over the past 3 years.  The Healthcare industry is the fastest growing segment of our country’s economy so you can see the potential in this niche.  We have massive expansion plans that will create opportunities for advancement and long term financial stability.
