Position: System Medical Director (FNP, DO or MD)

Compensation: $150K-$180K. NHSC Scholar Eligible. Loan Repayment Available.

Job Description: The Medical Director works closely with our 17 providers and oversees the clinical aspects and quality improvement of the organization. The Medical Director works .5 FTE as a provider, delivering quality care to their patient panel, and .5 FTE in an administrative leadership capacity. This position is responsible for overseeing health care delivery including planning, resource allocation, growth and development, regulatory compliance, quality, and efficiency.

Job Requirements: Motivated, team player with initiative and a high level of proficiency in providing primary care, preferably to a safety net population. MD, DO, or FNP license in good standing required. Two years' experience seeing patients in a similar setting and experience in clinical administration or leadership required. Medical Home Model or Patient Centered Medical Home familiarity.
