Position/Program Requirements
Thorough knowledge of the tax issues especially in the areas of tax compliance and consulting services tailored to both public an private organizations across multiple industries.Comprehensive technical skills in FAS 109 and FIN 48. Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement.
Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

Minimum 5+ years of tax experience within a public accounting firm. Bachelor of Science required. Master of Science in Taxation preferred.
