• must have at least three years of recent combined experience, in a large enterprise environment with implementation, configuration, and support of an Identity Management solution using IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator and/or an Access Management solution using CA SiteMinder
• must have at least two years of recent experience with LDAP and X.500 directory services
• must have at least two years of recent experience with HTML, Java, JavaScript and XML programming
• must have experience with and understanding of other security systems such as Active Directory, RACF, or Novell
• must have experience with Unix/Linux and/or Windows systems
• must have experience defining provisioning policies in an enterprise environment
• excellent attendance and punctuality record
