MANAGER, CLINICAL/BUSINESS SYSTEMS
This position plans, directs, and manages the overall operations of the IS Application Support Team including analyst role development as well as management oversight of assigned application programming team members. Responsible for coordinating aspects of planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of all Client Information Systems applications. In collaboration with other Managers, twenty four (24) hour oversight responsibility to ensure the quality and cost effective delivery of Information Services. Coordinates organization wide information management projects. Manger reports to the Director Information Services.

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, related health care field or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Minimum of 5-7 years in a technical/professional role with increasing leadership responsibility. Minimum five years experience in healthcare and minimum five years experience with information systems development and/or implementation required. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience required. Prior experience in leading or directing the implementation of either electronic medical record or clinical documentation system.
Preferred: Minimum 2-3 years experience within one of Cerner's clinical modules.
