RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES-
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop & employees.
- Will manage, coordinate, and prioritize work flow in large motor shop.
- Maintain schedules/deliveries.
- Distribute work load.
- Provide superior technical support for our customers.
- Direct the shop personnel to assure the technical competence of work being completed.
- Maintain the present customer base as well as build new relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS-
- Previous supervisory/management experience in the electric motor/rotating apparatus repair industry with knowledge of AC/DC motor repair. Additional experience with pumps, generators, blowers and field service also desired.
- Must posses the ability to troubleshoot and to problem solve.
- Exceptional customer service skills and grow awareness of our products and services.
- Strong personnel & account management and communication skills a must.
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree desired, but will consider experience and skills as well.
