Responsibilities for this position are:

• analysis and design of Identity Management, Access Management, and Role Based Access Control solutions,
• engineering, development, implementation and support of Identity Management, Access Management, and Role Based Access Control solutions,
• defining, developing, maintaining, and advising on the effective use of the company information technology architecture,
• software and hardware installation, configuration, integration, and support,
• system and network management activities,
• problem management activities,
• consultation,
• project team participation, and
• new technology awareness, research, and system integration.

• must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or an analytical discipline and/or equivalent experience,
• must have at least five years of combined experience with engineering and/or development in one or more of the following security disciplines (Identity Management, Access Management, Role Based Access Control, Single Sign On, Application Security),
• must have at least three years of recent experience with implementation, configuration, and support of an Identity Management solution in a large enterprise environment using IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator,
• must have at least three years of recent experience with implementation, configuration, and support of an Access Management solution in a large enterprise environment using IBM Tivoli Access Manager and/or SiteMinder,
• must have at least three years of recent experience with LDAP and X.500 directory services,
• must have experience with and understanding of other security systems such as Active Directory, RACF, or Novell,
• must have experience with Java, JavaScript and XML programming,
• must have experience with Unix/Linux and Windows systems,
• must have an understanding of role based access control concepts,
• must have experience defining provisioning policies in an enterprise environment,
• excellent attendance and punctuality record,
• excellent communication and team skills,
• demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision,

• experience with IBM DB2 UDB and Websphere Application Server,
• CISSP or ISSEP certification, and
• good understanding of the ITIL and MOF frameworks along with the incident, problem, and change management processes.
